    • 0 to $999, in $50 increments
    • 1,000 to $2,999, in $100 increments

  • At batch closing, for each bet made in the last 15 seconds, 20 seconds will be added.

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Anyone wishing to register must read and accept the terms and conditions of the auction.
2. Registration is online only. Go to the “Auction sales” section of the Revalorisation des biens website (www.dispositiondesbiens.gouv.qc.ca) for more details.
3. Lots may be inspected from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the days preceding the end of the auction. Details at www.dispositiondesbiens.gouv.qc.ca. A maximum number of people will be allowed on the premises, please allow for waiting;
4. Only one accompanying person per person will be permitted.
5. No loitering will be tolerated.
6. The CAG provides in good faith the information available for each lot. The photographs and information provided are indicative only and do not guarantee the condition of the goods.
7. The CAG cannot be held responsible for any omission or incomplete inspection of the lot by the bidder.
8. All lots or goods awarded by the auctioneer render the sale perfect, final and irrevocable.
9. Lots are sold as is, without warranty and at the buyer’s risk.
10. Each lot becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the auctioneer announces that a lot has been sold.
11. All sales are subject to 5% federal goods and services tax (GST) and 9.975% Quebec sales tax (QST).
12. Successful bidders must pay an administration fee of 10% before taxes on each lot.
13. Lots must be paid for in full and collected within three (3) days of the end of the auction. Late bidders may be charged an additional storage fee of $50 (taxable) per item per day of delay as a penalty.
14. When the vehicles are handed over, the bidder must come inside to collect his documents and pay, if applicable.
15. It is forbidden to proceed with the resale of goods before the recovery of the lot by the bidder and/or on the auction site.
16. Mechanical work is not permitted on the auction premises.
17. For information on the terms and conditions governing the return to service of a vehicle purchased at auction according to the different statuses, the purchaser may consult the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec website at www.saaq.gouv.qc.ca.
18. The terms and conditions set out above do not constitute all the terms and conditions of the auction. You will find the complete terms and conditions on the following pages.
19. For all purchases made online, the CAG declines all responsibility for possible Internet connection interruptions, sound cuts, delays in retransmitting the auction and bidder handling errors, regardless of the tool used.
In the event of a dispute concerning the auction, the final decision rests with the auctioneer.
Once the sale is over, an invoice from the CAG will be sent to you by e-mail. This invoice is final and will confirm the lots you have been awarded.
