GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The present lease is granted and accepted subject to the following clauses, charges and conditions, which the LESSEE expressly undertakes to perform
perform.
- The LESSEE declares that he has read and understood all the provisions of the rules and regulations governing the premises in which the rented space is located and undertakes to comply with
them. - The LESSEE agrees that ENTREPOSAGE ATLAS has the right to modify the layout of the premises. A notice of relocation will be sent to the TENANT.
- The LESSEE may not sublet, assign or share this agreement in whole or in part.
- The rented space will be used for vehicle storage purposes only.
- Prohibited items: It is strictly forbidden to store hazardous, flammable or explosive materials, perishable products,
narcotics, or to use the space as a dwelling or workshop. - Liability and Insurance: The renter is responsible for insuring his or her property. Atlas often declines all responsibility in the event of theft,
fire, vandalism or damage. - Access and security: The unit must be locked with the tenant’s padlock. Access may be restricted in the event of non-payment.
- Cleanliness and maintenance: No debris or garbage may be left on the site, under penalty of charges.
- This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec.
- Unless otherwise agreed when this agreement is issued in writing, they will be acquired without compensation by ENTREPOSAGE ATLAS, which
will however retain the right to demand that the premises be restored to their original condition.
